My set-back personal scram learning how to be a team player happened in middle school, 7th grade to be exact. I joined a local dance execute company where I surpassed a lot of other students in jazz, hip hop, and ballet. In every dance performance are company had I excelled and was pushed to the front, in doing that, I became elephantine-headed and thought I was the best and that no one could tell me anything. My head got so big that I would hurt new members that came into the team. I would puzzle drama of the new members and when they would ask for help I would shiner them off. Being a team player at this destine of my life I was unaware of the meaning and didnt ring twice about finding out and really didnt care.
In high school, I had a worse experience in non being a team player. at a time in high school, I join the dance surgical incision as well and as the exertion team as the only boy on our team.
Being that I was a new member and the only guy, in my head I knew I had to be the best, and that exactly what I did I was in the front of every dance and everyone in the school and touch schools knew me and what I had worked so hard to be the best at. In becoming the best my head once again became big; I would blow off my school work and not care about my fellow classmates feeling and would make fun of them. Although I made fun of people, I still was suitable to stay on top as a drill team captain as well as a member on the all-city dance line.
