Hilary Clinton and Oprah Winfrey are two examples of women with outstanding female leadership and achievements. Unfortunately, women cannot maintain just yet, they cannot disregard the accomplishments achieved so far, but as women we have not fulfilled the continual issues that are submit with leadership roles. There is no telling how many women never attract to this point -turned away from aspirations to leadership because of the difficulties and cost they anticipate (Lips, 2009). Women face challenges such as stereotype, womens own fear, and continuous barriers.
In contemporary culture of the United States, women are praised for having the right confederacy of skills for leadership, yielding superior leadership styles and outstanding effectiveness. However, there appears to be widespread recognition that women often come in moment to men in competitions to attain leadership positions.

In some leadership roles, women face obstacles that men do not face. Such disadvantage would be prejudicial, as defined by less favorable treatment of women than men, despite their purpose equality (Eagly, 2007).
